The series follows the professional and private life of the charismatic Annalize Keating, an esteemed lawyer and valuable professor of criminal law at a prestigious University of Philadelphia, the fictional "Middleton University". With the collaboration of the "Keating Five", or the 5 students chosen to assist her in legal cases, and her associates Bonnie and Frank, Annalize will have to face various trials and, above all, the case of murder of a student, which will tie her, her lover and all the other students at the impending death of her husband Sam.
