The cases of infected and dead, during the pandemic from Coronavirus (SARS-CoV2), now they are no longer counted. To try to limit the infections as much as possible, there are many TV series and film who have decided to stop shooting or postpone the film releases scheduled for these weeks and months.

Obviously, the film industry is also affected: as mentioned before and as you remember CNET, there are several films that have had to stop processing or postpone the release. Major titles include Wonder Woman 1984, Black Widow, No Time to Die and Mulan. Let's see together, in alphabetical order, the list of films they have postponed its release in cinemas.

  • Uncharted: postponed from 5 March 2021 to 8 October 2021;
  • #No Time to Die: postponed from 9 April 2020 to 12 November 2020;
  • #Wonder Woman 1984: postponed from 4 June 2020 to 14 August 2020.

The large film production studios tried to wait to see if the situation could improve, but they had to collide with the current reality. As you can see, some films already have new dates available; others, on the other hand, are still in limbo, waiting to understand where to enter and, above all, when the global health emergency will end.

They should not be subject to slippage at the moment #Top Gun: Maverick e #Tenet, whose releases in Italian cinemas are scheduled - respectively - for 15 July 2020 and 18 September 2020.

There are also several films that have had to pause their shooting: just think, among many, a Mission: Impossible 7, Jurassic World: Dominion, The Batman, The Matrix 4 and the four sequels to Avatar.

The hope, of course, is that the development of the disease COVID-19 can somehow stop, leading us to take our lives back in hand, albeit with the right precautions, attention and changes.
